As of March 2010 the ADA has changed the laws governing Emotional Support Laws. They have said a dog whose sole purpose is Emotional Support is NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SERVICE ANIMAL. As such we cannot add any SERVICE DOG Patches or identification to an Emotional Support Dog vest, or product. An Emotional Support Dog IS COVERED under the Fair Housing Act, and the Travel Act, and can be used for those purposes. We appreciate your understanding.
